While we're on the topic of Akoha, check this video out. Austin posted this to his blog a few weeks ago, and he says the response has been tremendous. Great recruiting is all about fit - and that's a two-way street. We often forget that employees must love the people they work for. Austin and Alex are essentially allowing themselves to be judged by hundreds, if not thousands of potential candidates. They're betting that after you see their video, you'll want to work for them. Mission Accomplished.
